I've got an image that seems to be burned over my screen in one of my games. Would anyone know what this is or what it's for? I'm attaching a copy of it.

Does anyone know where the drops for each equipment set can be located? Is there a map of what equipment can be found where and what levels you have to be to get them?  I've been a player for a long time and still haven't been able to find one. I found the Shining Gauntlets for the Shining Equipment set but I haven't been able to find anything else.
